What to Expect with Zenith Residential Painting

Painting Estimate

At Zenith Painting & Coatings, we work with you to ensure that all of your questions have been answered and that together we find the best solution for your painting needs.

After an initial walk-through, we’ll create a personalized and detailed estimate of the work to be done. In this plan, we outline the scope of the work as well as the details of the paints to be used for each part of your home. Pricing is broken down by each segment of the project and we’ll be sure to include any special instructions from you to our painting crew.

Paint Lead Testing

As a free service, Zenith will also perform a surface test for lead in your existing paint. Many older homes in Colorado still have lead paint, and we want to make absolutely sure both you and our team is protected. We are fully “lead certified” by the EPA and qualified to prep and paint your home.

Prep for Painting Service

Preparation is the most important part of any paint job. We will power wash, scrape, sand, caulk, and prime all necessary areas of your home prior to applying a fresh coat of paint. We offer two techniques for paint application; spray and backroll, and brush and roll.

Zenith Painting & Coatings offers exterior and interior painting, minor wood & siding replacement, deck staining, fence staining, power washing, stucco & Dry-vit painting, ceiling painting, and trim painting. We also provide minor drywall repair work, metalwork painting (DTM), and cabinetry painting.

Clean up & Final Walk Through

Closing out a job correctly is nearly as important as preparing the project and should be given the same high level of attention and effort. Our painters are instructed to do a thorough site clean up daily and at job completion. It is our goal to leave your property in the same condition we found it if not better!

A Zenith Project Manager will conduct a job site walk through with you and the crew to make sure all aspects of the painting contract, as well as job site clean up expectations, have been met to your satisfaction.
